Go as deep or shallow. Go fast or slow. I’ll narrow down the huge field of AI to just the parts that are important to you.

Are you feeling like you’re missing out on the wave?

People that are using AI in their work life are going faster, and being more creative, and getting more done.

we found that GPT-4 boosted BCG (Boston Consulting Group) consultant performance by a lot (40% higher quality, 20% faster work)

First step, just start using AI

It often takes a few hours of experimenting with AI to start seeing the possibilities. Getting through these first few hours with the help of a guide is like a speed run. Sure, you can figure things out on your own, but a coach will get you there faster and with more certainty.

You don’t need special tools

There are lots of specialized tools out there. (Over 10,000 as of December 2023.) However, not everyone has a job that needs a specialized tool. Simple chat tools, and some skill at prompting, are really all you need to start with. In most cases, what you think you need at the start of your journey will be different.

What about privacy, security, and ethics?

These topics are important and worth considering. However, if you’re getting your news from standard and social media, you’re not getting a clear perspective. Once you look beyond the sensational reporting, there are some clearer considerations to understand.

  • Privacy concerns: If you give an AI system your private data, it might be stored. This raises concerns about data protection and employee privacy.
  • Security risks: Because AI technologies are very new, they can be vulnerable to breaches and misuse, making it essential to ensure robust security measures are in place.
  • Ethical considerations: AI systems can inadvertently perpetuate biases and discrimination. You can address these issues through a combination of technology, policy, and personal efforts.
  • Balancing privacy and innovation: Striking a balance between protecting privacy and fostering innovation is crucial.

Biggest imact

After figuring out what AI is good at, and what to avoid, you’ll start seeing more and more opportunities where to use it. From automating processes, to making parts of your life easier, we’ll find ways to use AI that work for you.

AI is a tool. Start using it to maximize your output.

I help you implement AI solutions that streamline workflows, boost productivity, and enable you to get more high-value work done. I’ll help you through all the jargon and technical language, to get right to using AI.

Happy clients

It’s always the best source to hear from others who have already worked with us.

Thanks for the AI deep(er) dive today – even in the short amount of time we had to chat about it, I feel like we made some significant discoveries and gained some extremely valuable insights on how effectively to use a couple AI tools moving forward for everyday tasks, especially surrounding project planning!

I met with Tim to discuss how AI could be integrated into my business and the industry in which I work. He provided me with deep understanding of AI that helped me see how it can be a disruptor to our industry, as well as provided me multiple examples of softwares and systems to try out, as I had only a limited knowledge of essentially one AI tool (ChatGPT). The meeting lasted nearly 2.5 hours and I came away with it feeling far more comfortable with using AI and integrating it into our business. He was able to explain everything in laymen terms, using examples from sports and other areas of interest to help paint the picture for me. He was extremely forthcoming with information and used a coaching approach that helped me grasp an overwhelming concept that I’d given very little thought to before as a possible “add-on” to our business services. I am very grateful for the conversation we had and highly recommend him as an expert in this emerging field.

I’m an AI advisor with one purpose – helping leaders thrive in the age of artificial intelligence.

How? By getting the human element right. I cut through the complexities so you can apply AI in ways that empower, not replace, building organizations where people love to work and grow. My passion comes from enabling others to maximize their potential. I won’t dazzle you with techno-babble or boil the ocean. I will listen and equip you with what matters – AI strategies custom-fit for meaningful impact. My guidance adds the missing layer of humanity, so technology elevates rather than overwhelms.
